Villa L’Ullastre is located in a serene rural area just outside Pollenca, in the northern part of Mallorca. The old town with its narrow streets and coffee shops is not far (approximately 4.9 km), as well as the long sandy beach of Port de Pollenca (around 7.7 km) and Alcudia (about 9 km). You will be surrounded by olive-studded vistas, the sound of singing birds, and the beauty of starry nights instead of the noise and commotion of the resorts.

The villa (layout, rooms & outdoor space

A one-level, two-bedroom villa that can accommodate four people with a double room, a twin room, and a shared shower room. The satellite TV and Wi-Fi equipped open-plan lounge/diner connects with the fully equipped kitchen (oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). On the outside, there is a private kidney-shaped pool (about 8 × 4 m; depth 1.2 m to 1.9 m), lawn, sun loungers, and a covered terrace for dining and a built-in barbeque. The air-conditioning is usually set in the bedrooms (14:00 to 16:00, 20:00 to 08:00).

Board basis – is it all inclusive?

This is a self-catering villa with no on-site restaurant, therefore no buffet. There are no all-inclusive plans at the property. Instead, you get privacy, a full kitchen for cooking with plenty of space outdoors for alfresco dining.
