Location and resort

The Korona Hotel, Sunny Beach is in an excellent location close to the beach, at the southern end of the resort, away from the noisiest nightlife area. A three-minute stroll to the promenade and a superb sandy beach.

Enjoy the 10 minute promenade walk to the busiest nightlife area. A wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants in the area and plenty more heading into the resort centre.

Only a 30-minute transfer from Bourgas Airport to the Korona hotel. Sunny Beach is the largest and liveliest resort in Bulgaria and has the longest and widest beach.

In Sunny Beach you will discover a huge choice of affordable restaurants, bars, cafes, taverns, folk clubs, floorshows, nightclubs and casinos. The gently shelving Blue Flag beach stretches for nearly five miles and has an excellent choice of water sports.

Just south of Sunny Beach is the ancient city of Nessebar, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Is it for me?

In short, yes if looking for a bright modern hotel at three-star prices. The Hotel Korona will suit families, couples and groups of friends looking to combine poolside relaxation, a great beach and resort nightlife. Local bars are a lot of fun if the resort centre scene seems a little too young and lively. The hotel itself is pleasantly sociable and has a nicely relaxed atmosphere.

A smart ground-floor a la carte restaurant has floor-to-ceiling windows and an attractive outdoor terrace. You also have a poolside bar and a lively modern bar opening out onto the street. .
